What is Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as “tapping” is a revolutionary, cutting edge technology that incorporates Neurolinguistic Programming with Acupressure for amazing results in helping people overcome stress. Gary Craig, founder of EFT and the World Center for EFT discovered through his ground breaking work that by using EFT, clients experienced profound and often permanent shifts in their ability to release stressful situations in their lives.
Kerri Kannan has been using EFT in her practice since 2007 and has participated in about 100+ hours of advanced EFT training. Kerri conducts group trainings as well as private and phone consultations. Although awareness of EFT is growing daily, until now it has been available only to people within the Holistic Health circles. It is the mission of Kerri Kannan to bring EFT it to the mainstream so we may all have access to this tool and live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.
